“Generally speaking, federal law is our best option. Within that scope, anything that wasn't done correctly is fair game. But it all depends on the willingness of the local jurisdictions to do something. I think we have some pretty good arguments here in Arizona because of the nearby Air Force Base and the chemical storage facility right across the street, but I can't get anybody to do anything with those right now. The attorney general says she's working on it, but we haven't heard a peep in weeks.”

“In addition to all the above, in Salt Lake City we’re keeping it top of mind by holding a “warehouse Wednesday” protest and pushing out footage to socials each week. Also speaking at city and county council meetings, then finding those recording snippets and sharing those out too.”
